The 3-hour workshop is a follow-up to Dotmailer’s ‘Hitting the Mark’ report and will cover the following three themes: How to Use Your Data, Hitting the Mark, and The Right Automation Tactics including welcome, post-purchase and abandoned cart emails.

Each attendee will be given a copy of the 2018 Hitting the Mark report and Gavin will dissect the email techniques and strategies of some key performing brands. This will allow you to analyse what you may already be doing well or may need to put some focus on, giving you a benchmark to aim towards plus some sector specific techniques that can be used to increase your ROI.

This hour long session will offer an introduction to Klarna’s friction-free checkout solution featuring Pay later, Slice it in three and Slice it payment options.

Richard will also be sharing his top tips on regionalised payments and will be able to offer advice on which payment options you should be offering based on your requirements, products and target audience.
