Project clarity

To get clarity on the scope and needs, every Magento project we take on starts with a road mapping session. These sessions include Certified Magento Solution Specialists, and Certified Magento Developers who work closely with you at this early stage to create the project requirements so that accurate quotes and timescales can be agreed.

Development: We work to bi-weekly sprints in the development phase of our Magento development projects. You will have access to our project management tools which will allow you to see the process and join into the conversation when applicable. We back this up with weekly reports which will give you an overall summary of the project status inclusive of any detail on blockers which could impact the targeted delivery date.

Integrations: Since our launch in 2008, we have worked on many different ERP integrations and 3rd party systems. These systems would be defined at the discovery phase, and in some instances we can arrange further road mapping sessions which would do a deep dive into your integrations, and create a separate road map in alignment with your 3rd party partners.
