Magento 2 RMA (product return) explained
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a frequently requested but rarely explained process in eCommerce. It is the process which allows customers to request permission to return a product in order to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.
If the customer requests a return, admins are able to accept or deny the customer return directly from the Magento administrative panel. If the admin accepts the return request then the respective customer will be notified and a unique RMA number or ID is assigned to identify the returned product.
This guide details the process you will need to follow to add RMA in Magento Commerce 2.x (previously Enterprise Edition). So you can start making product returns simple and quick for your online store and for your customers.
