PURPOSE OF THE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR ROLE
As our Account Director you have the responsibility to manage our key Client relationships. You are passionate about digital transformation and exploring new ways for our clients to gain competitive advantage using digital. You must feel confident that you can grow our accounts by building and implementing a clear strategy. You will have overall responsibility for how our project management team works together with our clients, ensuring that everyone really enjoy the full project cycle and that the client expectations are managed and met.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities of this role include:
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital Account Director role
At least 4 years’ experience within an eCommerce agency environment
Experience of working on the Magento v1 and v2 platform and Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence would be highly desirable
Experience of working on design and build projects using enterprise CMS’s for medium to large brands
Ability to create 30, 60 and 90 day client strategy roadmaps ready for implementation by the project management team as a tool in growing key client accounts and retainer levels.
